Room was comfortable and clean; they even offered a drop-off service from the bus stop near the Alishan recreation area, which was super convenient. the breakfast, located at a nearby eatery, was sumptuous, beds were comfy, and the room was spacious. the hotel's location near the train station was a major plus point for us, making it easy to get around.

The staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing us early check-in and even suggested we look for a restroom in the service area when the hotel's toilet was under renovation. the breakfast at a crowded restaurant at the service area was a disappointment, and the room had a musty smell.

Yin Shan hotel offers a charming, clean stay right next to the park entrance. the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the views from the room are stunning. Parking is convenient, and the local breakfast at a nearby restaurant is filling and enjoyable. the hotel is spacious, and it’s easy to catch the sunrise train from here.

The heater only operates late. the bathroom sink is tiny.

my stay was great! compared to my last visit in zhongzheng, this place completely exceeded my expectations while indulging in the peacefulness away from the city's chaos. the location is perfect, just a short stroll to the park entrance and lots of dining options nearby.

Additionally, it was just a short walk to the entrance of the park, where we could catch the bus to explore the area. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, including one near the Alishan Railway Station. We found the hotel facilities to be clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information. The breakfast provided was simple, yet satisfying, starting our day off on a good note.
